the terms and conditions apply to the website http://www.mimipearl.co.uk/. by accessing this website and placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. you must be 18 or over to place an order on this website.

Privacy

we will not divulge or pass any information onto third parties at any time.  any personal details you submit, are for the sole purpose of receiving news and special offers from mimi pearl. we will never pass your details onto a third party. 


Payment Methods

mimi pearl uses PAYPAL, a safe and secure payment system for debit and credit card transactions. 
you do not need to have a PAYPAL account  to pay in this way and payments can still be processed securely.




PAYPAL is used ensure that your shopping online experience is secure, your card / bank details are not revealed or accessible to us in any way. 

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please contact by email for further details.  Please note cheque payments must be cleared prior to dispatching of mimi pearl products.

Pricing

all prices include VAT. we reserve the right to alter our prices at any time should circumstances arise.

Delivery Times / Postage and Packing Costs

mimi pearl products are handmade to order, unless they are a one off orginial (this excludes the vintage accessories range which is a vintage product and therefore not made my mimi pearl).  we aim to dispatch orders within three to four days of the order confirmation (or before).  we will endeavour to keep you informed of dispatch details, by email, including any unforeseen delays. however, we will not be held responsible for your order arriving late due to postal strikes.

all orders will be dispatched first class using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. postage costs within the UK are free at this present time.  please ensure that all required details of delivery (including postcode), contact email details and payment details are completed in full at time of ordering. 

for orders outwith the UK please email for shipping costs.

Gift Wrapping Service / Packaging

mimi pearl products will be wrapped in white tissue and be presented in a stylish presentation box with ribbon.  a handwritten message will also be added for that personal touch (please include exact message!). please note - mobile phone charms will be presented in a glossy black jewellery pouch.

Availability of Products

due to mimi pearl products being limited edition and some pieces being one off originals, some products cannot be re-produced.  If in the unlikely event that a product has still been incorrectly listed for sale, an alternative may be offered. there may be a slight variation in colour representation due to photography.  new designs and products will be added frequently to the mimi pearl range.

Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty, please contact us in the first instance for a repair or suitable replacement.  we cannot however be held responsible for damages if you do not adhere to the care instructions provided. we will not refund any postage costs incurred by the customer for returns / repairs. 

we will of course exchange or refund any item (excluding earrings - this is for hygiene reasons) that you are not entirely 100% happy with.  Items must be returned within 7 days, unworn, in perfect and resale able condition and the original packaging.    your statutory rights will not be affected.
